What is your style/approach to therapy?

Therapeutic modalities are tools I use to decrease problem behaviors while increasing cognitive, physical, emotional development. Some modalities are Cognitive Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Trauma-Focused Cognitive Therapy, Narrative, Structural Therapy, Strategic Therapy, and Solution-Focused Therapy.
