What does a first session with you look like?
Don’t struggle in silence – therapy can help. Please know that you are not alone in this process, even though you may feel like you have no one to talk to or turn to for help. Therapy is the answer for you to receive a listening ear and a way to help you get through the struggles you face. Sessions with me are at your convenience. We will meet weekly via video, allowing you to pick the most comfortable setting. Sessions will vary depending on how you feel since the last time we met. For instance, we may need to discuss some new or unexpected issues.
