What does a first session with you look like?
As a counselor from the first session will want to identify the current stressors and establishing goals on how to manage the issues
What is your style/approach to therapy?
I use the CBT model as the tool of intervention. I believe that the way individuals think affect the way they feel. I teach individuals how to stop the worry behavior and develop more positive patterns of thinking. I teach coping skills and do assign homework.
