What does a first session with you look like?
Clients can expect a counseling style that is warm, encouraging and empathetic but also provides that accountability that we all need. My mission is to provide you with a calm, empathic, and nurturing environment where you can feel safe and secure exploring the current challenges of life.
What is your style/approach to therapy?
Each person and their situation is unique and due to this, I will work with you to determine which treatment method and tools will fit you best based on your current needs. However, the treatment methods that I have traditionally used include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy and Person-Centered Therapy.
