Person-Centered Therapy - promoting unconditional positive regard, empathic understanding, respect, and genuineness. To help a person, we must first see people as people and seek to understand not judge. Cognitive Behavioral Therapy - we will partner to identify thought patterns, feelings, and behaviors to determine the impact they have on one another and the person Solution-Focused Therapy - we will partner to build solutions to address life's transitions.
