What does a first session with you look like?
I help adults and adolescents/tweens to manage their anxiety and depression brought upon by everyday life stressors such as school-related challenges (e.g., bullying), trauma due to domestic violence/sexual violence, changes in family dynamics, changes in the environment, etc. As a team, we can navigate what your healing journey might look like and get you back to a place of stability and feeling safe with yourself and others!
