What does a first session with you look like?
My hope is that client will feel they have had an opportunity to communicate their needs, have a good understanding of any recommendations made and feel that they participated in the direction of their care and treatment.
What is your style/approach to therapy?
I use evidenced based practice and a holistic approach to help guide clinical decisions but also try to understand and recognized each individuals unique experience and how this has impacted their mental health.
