What does a first session with you look like?
I approach my clients from an anti-oppressive, trauma-informed, and client-focused lens. When you step into my “virtual” office, I meet you where you are at. You should feel safe to show up as you are. This is your growth journey, and I am grateful to be here with you. So, when you are ready, let us work on your goals together!

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who uses evidenced-based therapeutic approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, EMDR, systems theory, and motivational interviewing to create a non-judgmental safe space to support you in reaching your goals.
