What does a first session with you look like?

I am a huge believer that the relationship a therapist & client build is essential to the success of treatment. Past clients have described me as empathetic, warm, funny, while having an instinctual sense of how to balance challenging a client with validation. I always am open and welcome to feedback during your treatment and encourage open dialogue.

What is your style/approach to therapy?

I am proficient in multiple styles of therapy and adjust according to individual needs. During our initial assessment we will discuss which type of treatment is best for you. In my experience the most successful treatment combines traditional talk therapy while providing resources such as reading materials, worksheets, journals, etc.
