What does a first session with you look like?

You can expect practical tools that will help you change negative thinking patterns and behaviors. We will go at your pace and this will be a collaborative relationship.

What is your style/approach to therapy?

I like to utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy methods as they are effective and easy to implement. If you are interested in homework assignments in between sessions to keep working on the concepts discussed in our sessions, I will be happy to provide that. If homework is not your thing, that's okay too! We will go over easy to implement strategies that can make a big impact on you daily life.
