What is your style/approach to therapy?

The treatment modalities that I pull from are Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectal Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Mindfulness. I do more skills based sessions for those that are not ready to engage in talk therapy at the beginning and transition as needs to meet the Client.

What does a first session with you look like?

I aim to help Clients feel empowered and learn tools that they can use for the rest of their lives to help manage their symptoms and live a fulfilled life that is meaningful to them.
