What does a first session with you look like?
I create an environment of trust and non-judgment in order to make my clients feel open and free to share their concerns. My goal is to assist clients in recognizing the patterns and behaviors that need to be adjusted to achieve overall stability in their lives.
What is your style/approach to therapy?
I provided therapy utilizing a client-centered, empathetic approach. When addressing challenging areas such as trauma, I utilize Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. I believe that your story is unique to you and must be handled with care and understanding.
