What does a first session with you look like?

The first session, as with all Thriveworks therapists, will involve talking through your needs and goals for therapy — whether those involve managing depression, anxiety, relationship problems, or another mental health challenge. This will enable you to receive the very best care, as a personalized treatment plan will then be developed for subsequent sessions.

What is your style/approach to therapy?

I offer a variety of counseling approaches including Anxiety, Depression, Grief / Loss, LGBTQIA+, Life Transition, Relationships and Trauma / PTSD.

What are your biggest strengths as a therapist?

As a woman who has experienced counseling of her own prior to becoming educated in the field, I understand how important out for help is.
