What does a first session with you look like?
Our Initial session will consist of getting to know each other and working collaboratively to identify your goals for treatment.
What is your style/approach to therapy?
I use evidence-based techniques tailored to your unique needs such as CBT, solution-focused therapy, and mindfulness-based approaches. I also offer Faith-based counseling. There will be times I may provide you with homework and or skills to practice outside of the therapy setting.
