What does a first session with you look like?
Clients can expect feeling that their care is individualized based on mental health needs. Clients will also leave feeling empowered to take charge of their care.
What is your style/approach to therapy?
I utilize my active listening skills to first access the needs of each client. I also utilize evidence based tools such as PHQ-9, mood questionnaire and GAD-7 to help guide treatment decisions.
