What does a first session with you look like?
Upon receiving counseling, you will become empowered to make informed decisions, set healthy boundaries, and reduce stress. You will leave sessions feeling confident about yourself and taking control of your life.
What is your style/approach to therapy?
I utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to assist clients with assessing their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors by empowering them to evaluate the purpose of processing each area. With narrative therapy, clients gain the freedom to express in detail about their lives, especially if it includes past or current traumas. Mindfulness can help build awareness and self-regulation of emotions that feel pressuring or causes negative impacts on one’s life and mental health.
