What does a first session with you look like?
Through individual therapy with me, you will hopefully take away some coping mechanisms and tools you can use to navigate through the challenges that you are facing in life. We'll work through problems and help you identify some of the solutions that will make things easier to manage and bring balance and understanding back into your life.
