What does a first session with you look like?
I really strive to create a safe space for people to speak openly about their experiences without fear of judgment. I offer a gentle, yet realistic approach to dealing with various life stressors.
What is your style/approach to therapy?
I utilize a variety of approaches, including motivational interviewing and cognitive behavioral therapy techniques in helping people heal. I don’t stick to any particular theoretical model, as I don’t believe there is a “one size fits all”approach to therapy. I tailor my methods to whatever works for any particular client.
