What does a first session with you look like?
I believe building trust and rapport are essential during therapy. I am passionate about the services that I provide. I understand that the main factor that will help you in therapy is the therapeutic alliance between you and me. I have experience helping trauma survivors heal their trauma, learn coping skills, increase functioning and gain hope for their future. My approach is person-centered, compassionate, empathic and motivated to help you achieve your goals. I have experience working with PTSD, relational issues, life-transition, anxiety, depression, social anxiety, self-esteem issues and co-occurring disorders.

EMDR trained through the EMDR International Association. Person-Centered Motivational Interviewing Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT)
