What does a first session with you look like?

Clients can come away from their first session with a sense of hope. As we have more sessions you can expect to make changes that make you more comfortable with your life.

What is your style/approach to therapy?

General talk therapy. I get to know you and you get to know me. Accelerate Resolution Therapy, used for trauma and grief. Transactional Analysis (an early form of CBT) used only when it is a particularly good fit. Mindfulness training for the purpose of grounding and to eliminate anxiety.
