What does a first session with you look like?
Your first session will last about 50 minutes and will focus on me getting to know you. This will include a collection of all relevant past medical and psychiatric history. Together, we will explore your past, present and discuss your future. By gaining a comprehensive picture of your mental health needs, we can move forward in developing a treatment plan, tailored to your specific goals.
