What does a first session with you look like?
With a small practice, I am able to devote time to individualise the treatment to each patient. I use a variety of approaches to improve overall health. I offer services both in person and virtually and am accepting patients with immediate availability.
What is your style/approach to therapy?
I utilize functional and integrative medicine, traditional psychiatric medicine, motivational interviewing, cognitive behavioral therapy, and acceptance and commitment therapy along with lifestyle coaching.
