What does a first session with you look like?
So what happens after our first session? Together we will develop and refine your goals. You will teach me about your life and what goals you have. Collaboratively we will apply that information to make life changes that brings you positivity.

I have extensive clinical experience in multiple areas. I am eclectic clinician with multiple clinical tools to find the best that works with you. In my practice I use DBT, CBT, trauma focused and solution focused modalities.
