What does a first session with you look like?
After your first session, you will have a plan with goals and objectives for what to look forward to within therapy and your day-to-day. You will also start working on skills to help you heal outside of therapy. I will be by your side every step of the way and walk you through the process along the way.
What is your style/approach to therapy?
Each treatment plan is individualized for each client I see. However, you can expect methods such as solution-focused therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, positive psychology, art/creative therapy, systemic desensitization, and narrative therapy.
