What does a first session with you look like?

My life philosophy is to treat your whole person, which empowers you to engage positively with others. Here, you will always be treated with dignity, grace, respect (and a little humor). I set up a nurturing, reflective, and empowering 50-minute space where you can confidentially explore, discuss, and resolve your life issues. I help you create and utilize personal tools to cope with life, build healthy relationships, survive trauma, and heal. Additionally, I offer client assessments, diagnostic tests, and recommendations to healthcare partners for whole-person care.

What is your style/approach to therapy?

I am a direct psychotherapeutic services provider. My practice is rooted in the person-centered philosophy. When we work together, you are the decision-maker. My role is to provide guidance, not to tell you what to do. I will help you discover your solutions. Through participatory psychotherapy, I will help you advance your welfare, life balance, and relationships.
