What does a first session with you look like?
You have had it and have reached your limits with all that is going on in your world. Our lives can sometimes feel like they are outside of our control. Whether you are experiencing anxiety, depression, stress, frustration, trauma, lack of motivation it is important for you to recognize you are capable of regaining control of your life.
What is your style/approach to therapy?
I believe in working in collaboration with you, where together we determine how I can best help you. I am passionate about empowering clients, helping them regain control over their life and giving them tools that can be incorporated into their daily life. I do not believe in focusing only on issues, instead, building on the strengths you already have.
