I am a Licensed and Board Certified Mental Health Counselor with over ten years of experience working with people from a wide variety of backgrounds and from all walks of life. I am particularly skilled at and specialize in working with individuals who have experienced trauma, domestic violence, women's issues, grief/loss, life transitions, elderly challenges and relationship issues. My main mode of therapy is Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT).
