My style and personality is nurturing and supportive, yet very direct and truthful. I use a person-centered, strengths based, and holistic approach to meet your needs and accomplish your goals.
I use evidence based treatment methods such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Mindfulness, which are highly effective in alleviating symptoms of anxiety and depression, and changing unhelpful thinking and behavior patterns. I am also a Christian Counselor, and can use methods tailored for your needs.
