What does a first session with you look like?

Others have described me as having a warm presence. I believe in providing a nurturing environment where clients feel safe enough to show up authentically. No matter how you show up to my office, you will be seen and accepted.

What is your style/approach to therapy?

My therapy is grounded in a person-centered approach; however, I take a multimodal approach which means I pull from various theories and techniques. I incorporate psychodynamic, IFS, DBT, and CBT into sessions.
