What does a first session with you look like?
My approach to therapy is compassionate, paced and personalized according to your needs. I am playful by nature and combine talk therapy with games and art-based activities. Above all, I work to create a safe space for healing.

I am an integrative therapist which means that I use several different types of therapy and personalize according to your needs and challenges. I am experienced with Family Based Treatment, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Cognitive Processing Therapy, Narrative Therapy and Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy.
