We can develop ways to empower you to move past these experiences that have shaped views of self or others that may no longer serve you. In turn, you can begin to feel empowered by setting boundaries, changing family legacies, and gaining insights into unhealthy behaviors to make healthier choices going forward.

I use an eclectic approach to counseling often integrating aspects of family systems, Cognitive Behavior therapy, Dialectic Behavior therapy concepts, attachment theories, motivational interviewing, and most importantly, humanistic, person-centered approaches.
