After the initial session, you can expect a wonderful start to a great therapeutic relationship. I do give my patients homework assignments from time to time. However, if your preference is to not receive any homework, that is fine with me. We will most definitely engage in various therapeutic activities during our live sessions. You can expect to learn safe coping skills such as emotional freedom techniques/tapping, grounding techniques, etc. You can expect to receive empathy and understanding on a consistent basis. Your progress with be evaluated throughout the therapeutic process. You can expect to receive desirable/positive results from an ongoing therapeutic alliance that works for you!
