I utilize a myriad of evidence based treatment modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Insomnia (CBT-I), Somatic (Body)Therapy, Emotional Freedom Techniques/Meridian Tapping Points (EFT), Mindfulness meditation, Mindfulness Eating, Positive Psychology, Play Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and Internal Family Systems Therapy (IFS).

After the initial session, you can expect a wonderful start to a great therapeutic relationship. I do give my patients homework assignments from time to time. However, if your preference is to not receive any homework, that is fine with me. We will most definitely engage in various therapeutic activities during our live sessions. You can expect to learn safe coping skills such as emotional freedom techniques/tapping, grounding techniques, etc. You can expect to receive empathy and understanding on a consistent basis.
