What does a first session with you look like?

What is your style/approach to therapy?
My general approach to counseling is strengths-based, holistic and integrative. I plan to implement an integrative approach with a foundational approach based on the theories formulated from the Cognitive Behavioral Approach. The type of integration that I plan to implement is the Assimilative integration, which is implementing one system of psychotherapy, but with a willingness to selectively incorporate practices and views from other systems.
