What does a first session with you look like?
The first session is getting acquainted and discussing your goals.
What is your style/approach to therapy?
My approach is psychodynamic, but this must be tailored to the needs of the individual. I do not use therapy techniques or scripted recipes, since I consider them barriers to authenticity. I also do dream work with clients, when appropriate.
