What does a first session with you look like?
After your first session you may be a little if not a lot less worried about what therapy is like with me. Talking and working through stressors can be hard but you will learn that I'm not as scary as the world makes therapist out to be. I roll with things and accept people for who they are and where they are at in their journey.
What is your style/approach to therapy?
I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Person Centered, Solution Focused, and Strength Based techniques in my practice.
