What does a first session with you look like?
After our session we will have developed a treatment plan that is specifically meant for your needs. We will set up a follow up appointment to review and the time frame again will be determined by your specific need. We will continue regular follow up appointments to make sure we revisit all concerns old and or new.

I strive to provide individualized professional treatment methods. I provide expertise in various mental health disorders while using the most up to date evidence based practices. I will provide tools that allow you to review information about your diagnosis, tools in reference to medication, and tools or resources that could be utilized for additional help in guiding you through your treatment such as referral options for therapy. We will work as a team to get you the most suitable treatment plan for you.
