I offer a variety of counseling approaches including CBT / Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Family Systems. As a human I truly understand how dificult life can turn out to be. Dermary Hernadez-Fuentes is a Counselor in-residence (CIR) with over 5 years of experience working with adult clients who are faced with the negative symptoms of anxiety, depression, poor coping skills, grief, relationship difficulties, behavioral issues, eating disorders, life transitions, chronic stress, and women s issues. Dermary earned her Master's degree in Social Work from Universidad Ana G. MÈndez in Carolina, Puerto Rico. She specializes in offering an eclectic counseling approach, which includes existential, cognitive behavioral (CBT), psychoanalytic, and feminist approaches. Demary truly understands how difficult life can turn out to be. But as a therapist, she'll be by your side to provide you with the proper tools that will assist and lead on how to manage and solve your problems.
