I strive to provide a welcoming and comfortable environment and communication style. I understand that reaching out for help can be challenging. My goal is to create a safe and non-judgmental environment where you feel heard and supported. I look forward to meeting and working with you.
What is your style/approach to therapy?
My approach is eclectic. I am very client centered and aim to find out what got us to this point while focusing on clients' strengths. Together, we can work to find the source of your feelings and symptoms and develop strategies to decrease them, so you can start living a more fulfilling life.
