What is your style/approach to therapy?

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker committed to treating individuals from 13 and up. I am trained in EMDR, have knowledge in CBT, DBT and ACT.

What does a first session with you look like?

I am a supportive and direct therapist who displays kindness in the treatment process and creates a comforting and secure space with which clients can process without judgment. With the needs of a client in mind, I promote accountability for the change he or she wants, and move with him or her on their way to accomplish his or her goals.
