What is your style/approach to therapy?

I utilize lifestyle medicine (sleep, nutrition, exercise, relationships, stress and substance-abuse) and integrative psychiatry (medication management intermingled with CBT, hypnotherapy, Psychobiological Approach to Couple Therapy (PACT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), etc.) plus faith-infused coaching to produce health! *Please note that Psychobiological Approach to Couple Therapy (PACT) services require a separate registration. What does a first session with you look like?

Clients can expect to learn more about the root cause of their disease process so that they can be empowered to regain control over it. This is accomplished by a thorough evaluation, education, skill building to improve self-concept, esteem and worth, which enhances self-autonomy and advocacy. My clients leave knowing that they can heal and be in control of their lives rather than their dis-ease control them!
