What does a first session with you look like?
During sessions we spend a lot of time identifying what truly matters to you, what you genuinely want out of life & practicing tools & skills to help you get there! My hope is that within each session you feel seen and heard, you learn tangible, practical new tools, and feel more equipped to handle the ups and downs of life, improve your wellbeing, get after your goals and create a life that feels genuinely fulfilling and meaningful for you.
