After our first session together you will have a clear idea of what your goals are and how we will work together to achieve them. You will feel safe, seen and heard. We will begin by building a positive therapeutic relationship together. If you feel that we are a good match after our initial session, we will focus on working toward your goals using techniques you feel are most beneficial for you! You can expect to feel a sense of hope and feeling understood as we work together!

I use an integrative therapy approach using various tools and forms of therapy such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Humanistic Therapy, and Psychodynamic Therapy in my practice. I work with clients through challenging negative thoughts that impact their emotions and behaviors. We explore patterns of behaviors in their relationships and use mindfulness to adapt to stressful situations and manage emotions.
