What does a first session with you look like?
On our first visit, I will complete an in-depth assessment to thoroughly understand your symptoms and concerns and identify your therapy goals. We will then work together to create an individualized treatment plan. Throughout this process, you will be provided with a safe and accepting space in which you will receive empathy and understanding.
What is your style/approach to therapy?
I will utilize a combination of treatment methods to help you achieve your objectives and goals. Cognitive behavioral skills, mindfulness skills and acceptance skills will be explained, taught and utilized in session. Therapy will focus on reaching your therapeutic goals by utilizing your strengths and skills taught in sessions.
