What does a first session with you look like?
In our first session, we will get to know each other. We will discuss your goals and what you want to get out of therapy.
What is your style/approach to therapy?
I provide a laid-back, safe and judgment-free environment for you to explore, discover, and become the person you were created to be. I listen and I meet you where you are. Together, we will work on obtaining your goals. I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness, Strength-based, Solution-focused, and Motivational Interviewing.
