You will walk away from our first session with a plan. You will have an idea of my personality and if you want to move forward. You will have chosen a goal and how you would like to execute it. You will have a good understanding of what types of therapy I provide and what you like to try. We can always make changes along the way. This will be your plan designed just for you.
