What does a first session with you look like?

You will feel heard and understood without judgement. Most clients leave session with a better understanding of what is happening physiologically, emotionally and mentally.

What is your style/approach to therapy?

I regularly utilize a combination of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), and talk therapy. I am IFS (Internal Family Systems) informed, Ketamine informed and trauma certified.
