What does a first session with you look like?
In your first session we will spend time on *Discovering key strengths and difficulties. * Introducing you to the Art Therapy process * Identifying your hopes and dreams * Review some of your historical information. You should be able to take away that you have been heard and we have a foundational level of understanding.
What is your style/approach to therapy?
I am Licensed MFT with extensive experience using Art Therapy. I also have a Doctorate in Biblical Counseling and working with people seeking a Christian perspective in navigating their life issues.
