What does a first session with you look like?
I use a blend of psychology, theology, and spirituality, to engage the whole person concept of body, mind, and spirit. After we work on finding the best psychotherapeutic approach to helping you, we can work on techniques to decrease your anxiety, depression, and other troublesome symptoms.
What is your style/approach to therapy?
I offer counseling services to individuals, couples, and families. My specialty is helping you. I have been trained in (EMDR) Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing for trauma. I am also a Certified Prepare/Enrich Facilitator that can help prepare couples for marriage and enrich the lives of married couples.
