What is your style/approach to therapy?
I provide counseling for individuals experiencing stress, anxiety, depression and other mental health and life challenges. I practice with a kind, gentle and client centered approach using proven strategies to help clients regain control of their life and learn "life tools" to move forward with a focus on building resilience and overall healthy functioning. I am very passionate about supporting my clients as they walk through these difficult times in their life helping them become empowered and regain confidence. I am also a certified hypnotherapist.
