What does a first session with you look like?
It’s important for me to provide a safe, non-judgmental environment where my clients feel free to explore what is on their mind. It is my goal to help my clients gain new insight about themselves and increased awareness that leads to inner peace and wellness I offer culturally competent care and provide a safe place for all who struggle with life's concerns.
